SparkPeople 10-minute Kickboxing Video

This is my favorite video of the moment and it falls into the category of light, low-impact cardio. It gets my heart rate going without putting excessive pressure on my joints (have horrible knees), and the moves are easy to handle for a kickboxing noob like me. Good stuff!
